All third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners.

Extracted data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the completeness, accuracy, currency, or suitability of any extracted data. Property prices, availability, descriptions, and all other listing details are sourced from third-party websites and may be stale, incomplete, or mis-extracted. Always verify listing details directly with the source website or the listing agent before making any decisions.

We expressly disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on extracted data.

3. Your Responsibility to Comply with Third-Party Terms

PropertyWebScraper processes HTML that you provide. We do not crawl or scrape websites on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to access and process the HTML content you submit.
• Your use of this service complies with the Terms of Service, robots.txt directives, and any applicable usage policies of the website from which you obtained the HTML.
• You do not use this service to enable automated bulk collection that violates third-party terms or applicable law.
